Went to Tokyo Disney Sea the first time. While Disney Land is more a family aimed theme park, Disney Sea is a bit newer and geared towards couples and older visitors. Hence, the allowance to drink alcohol in the park. :)
Tickets are cheaper if one visits the park after 6. However, I wouldn't recommend it because the lines in the park are so long that its almost impossible to get into the more famous rides after 6 without a free pass (which is only distributed before 6).
