A place that I still remmber very well from my time in Kansai back in 2006 is a small Ramen (chinese noodle soup) shop in Kyoto, near Sanjo station. It is located in Kiyamachidori 木屋町通り just at the end of Sanjo 三条. The shop is very small, cheap and looks kinda crappy. But for what its worth, the Ramen are one of the most delicious I have ever tasted. The kind of Ramen are Nagahama-Ramen 長浜らーめん, a variety famous in Fukuoka 福岡, Kyushu 九州, southern Japan. The cheapest food, titled just ramen, is about 600 Yen.

Spice up your Ramen with sesame and other nice things.
美味しそうなダーティーらーめん :D
