Last week, I went to Kyoto, the city where I used to live in summer 2006 as an exchange student. Being in Tokyo now for almost 2 years, it was very refreshing going back to this wonderful place that is the home hundreds of temples and thousand of toriis. Kyoto is a place of tranquility and I would recommend everybody to visit Japan's old capital at least once in his/her life.
