I went to Tamachi today, after having spent a while in Roppongi in the morning. From both locations, there are magnificent views on the Tokyo Tower, symbol of Tokyo.

On the not so busy streets n Roppongi on a Tuesday morning.

The red tower sticks out...

A fight club in Roppongi, I wonder what that is about. :)

Tokyo Tower as seen from Mita...

...an area in Tokyo-to, Minato-ku that is also the home of Keio University's Mita campus. Keio University in Japan was founded by one of Japan's most influential intellectuals of the Meiji Era: Fukuzawa Yukichi. Today, Keio University ranks as one of the top universities in the world in terms of business and economic programs.

Smoking taxi driver.

Keio Mita Campus in the middle of the city...

... in Minato-ku.

The Tokyo Tower is modeled after the Eiffel Tower in Paris. However, the original looks better in my opinion.

Entrance to Keio.

and the road to Yokohama and Gotanda.

Taro and Shiori, two prospective Keio graduates with a bright future.

Keio's old library, the oldest building on campus.

A campus with lots of green.

The entrance and the blue sky reflecting in the windows.

Tokyo Tower again.

I really like those small shops, this one looks really nice.

Random scenic picture.
