As every year, the Hibiya Koen 日比谷公園 in Tokyo hosts the so-called Oktoberfest, a German beerfest with lots of (overprized) whitebeer, (ridiculous) singers in leather-throusers and a very international crowd (that somehow overenjoy the festival ;). So, it is fun for foreigners and woth a smile for Germans. And one an always meet new friends from all over the globe. :)
