As every year, the cherry blossom season is starting in Japan, or did it already? Anyway, while Japanese enjoying to gather together under cherry-trees to have a glimpse at the blossoms of the sakura 桜 (in fact, it is only about drinking beer and sake with friends ;) , a lot of festivals are held throughout the country. One of them happens to be held in Nakano 中野, a station close to the place where I live right now.

Typically, a lot of balloons with the names written of the sponsors can be seen.

A closer look

The 23rd Sakura Festival in Nakano.

In front of the station.

The famous Nakano Broadway, a shopping street.

Nakano Doori Sakura Matsuri.

Allergic people wearing "masuku" can be seen everywhere those days.

Beginning of the sunset.

Part-time jobber, try to convince people on the streets to consume.

Sunset.

Bikes are parked everywhere around the station.

A commercial by the Mitsubishi UFJ Bank of Tokyo.

Busy streets.
